Who is Don Kremer?
I am the head technician and owner of White Knight Services. My computer experience started in the early 80’s with programming. I started my official computer training in 1983 at a branch of Penn State College. I have since attended Potomac State College and Alleghany College. My computer experience is extensive and I am very good at fitting my customers with exactly what they need. No less and no more unless that is what you want! I like helping people understand today’s technology so they can better visualize the quality that goes into one of our computers!
Why don’t we just resale retail computers?
Ever get tired of going to the store, buying a computer, and then 6 months after warranty have it break down? Ever want to upgrade and find out how hard it could be to upgrade a Pre-manufactured retail computer? Hey lets face it! Most of us have been there and a lot of us over the past 5 or 6 years have purchased 3 computers or more! While we owned the pc, they seem to have constant issues, lots of freezes and incompatibility’s with basic software! Or maybe you got lucky! But why take that risk!?!?
Why don’t we resale retail computers? Many major prefab computer centers sell in such quantity that is cheaper for them to supply tech support then to put quality parts in their machines.
